Make Every Exit a Statement.

At Flamsted, our exit signs are design-forward, code-conscious products—often made to order and tailored to specific projects. Because of this, our return policy is more specific than standard retail goods.

Returns

We accept returns on standard, non-custom products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom, modified, or made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Custom finishes (faux teak, specialty colors)
  • Modified sizes or layouts
  • Project-specific compliance adaptations
  • Any product labeled “custom” or “made-to-order”

Please review all specifications carefully before ordering.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days.

  • Include order number
  • Photos of product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will evaluate and provide a replacement or repair if appropriate.

Return Shipping
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Original shipping is non-refundable
  • Use trackable, insured shipping
Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • 15% restocking fee deducted
Exchanges

We only replace items if defective or damaged.
